6 - RESOURCES
a.- Which materials were used?
Classroom specially designed for the program. In addition we use rubber bands and special activity balls.
b.- Who conducted the program / service activity? (What role, what qualifications, etc.)
The person instructing the program is the owner of the Centre, who is a certified Physiotherapist and specialised in rehabilitation techniques. She has been running this program for several years and has great experience in physical and mental training

7 - METHODOLOGY USED (presentations, pair work, group work, peers, mentors, blended
learning, e-learning, etc.)
For the implementation of the program, we mainly use imitation techniques of executing the exercises. In this way, participants are ‘’forced’’ to train mentally as they are obliged to think and remember the exercises executed in order to repeat them. Moreover the group works both individually and in pairs as the content of the lesson requires doing so.
These sessions turn out to be really useful as participants develop a strong link between themselves and the instructor.

8 - PROGRAM / SERVICE / ACTIVITY SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The specific PSA is among the very few existing in the whole island. It gathers participants from around the Famagusta region which are interested in keeping themselves physically and mentally fit.
At the begining of each season, all individuals fulfilling the participation criteria are selected and included in the group.
Sessions include different themes:
- Physical exercises
-Relaxation techniques
-Mental training via exercise
-Stress relief techniques
……are blended in a course material.
Each session contains a variety of exercises in order to keep particpants’ attention alive
