The general aim of the Adult educational Centres is the general development of each adult’s personality as well as the social, financial and cultural development of citizens and society in general.
Psychology/Mental health sessions basically aim at improving the levels of mental health through discussions and problem solving.

8 - PROGRAM / SERVICE / ACTIVITY SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
This topic aims to improve mental fitness of people involved in the sessions. It includes a wide spectrum of issues including giving solutions to personal problems, giving solutions to uncontrolled problems, learning how to get over difficulties in a well-controlled manner, preserving self-control etc. It mainly focuses on the psychological/mental part of the human which is usually affected by specific situations, a traumatic experience etc. People learn how to control themselves and even give help to others.
The leader of the class uses specific methods to improve each participants’ mental status and level of self-regulation.
