7 - METHODOLOGY USED (presentations, pair work, group work, peers, mentors, blended
learning, e-learning, etc.)
Our musician promotes group work in order to stimulate everyone to actively take part in the sessions. In this way he believes that for every active participant another one will enter the group. This is done mainly to attract individuals who have low self-esteem and decreased memory levels which affects singing and playing some instruments. He breaks down the number of participants in two groups consisting of both types of individuals: the low self-esteem ones and the more confident in order to help each other.

8 - PROGRAM / SERVICE / ACTIVITY SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Music therapy is a program that participants eagerly await for it. While time approaches for the session, all participants gather round the room waiting for their instructor.
As soon as he arrives, he gathers everyone, breaks them down into smaller groups and starts to play music.
He always starts playing low rhythm songs (as an introductory part) until he is sure he has earned everyone’s attention.
The main part consists of several activities:
-Playing the music and singing together with the participants.
-Repeating the words after the instructor
-Playing parts of a song and asking them to repeat
-Singing without music and asking them to repeat
-Randomly playing parts of songs and asking them to continue the word
-Naming the song after listening to a small introduction
-For the more advanced: compiling a paragraph of a song or even a whole song
-Putting some music in the words they have written

Before leaving he lets the participants choose the song they want to listen. In this way he helps them remember past memories (since they usually choose older songs that mean something to them) and releves the stress off their shoulders.
