These programs aim at:

7 - METHODOLOGY USED (presentations, pair work, group work, peers, mentors, blended

-Group work (participants are divided into sub groups)
-Instructor executes specific exercises and asks for imitation
-Memory training is conducted via repetition method
-Stretching exercises at the beginning and at the end of each session, providing the participants with a significant stress relief.

8 - PROGRAM / SERVICE / ACTIVITY SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The instructor of the program groups all participants in order to be able to pay more attention at each one of them. In this way, usually 2 groups of 10-12 people each time are formed. Sessions include:
(1) A warm up phase
(2) Stretching / joint oiling exercises
(3)Main Part consisted of:
- exercises with balls
- sticks
- chairs

The instructor of each class focuses on repetition training. In this way, she pushes the participants in using their memory and of course their mind to rember and correctly execute the exercises that have already been shown by her. Participants really enjoy these sessions as they realize the importance of physical activity and mental fitness.
