Create a social network that involves older people and professionals working for this group both from the care, medical, social and educational area and from the technology and the promotion of their inclusion.

6 - RESOURCES

Forums and chats, memory games, multimedia resources with videos and photos where the main characters are over sixty and digital interviews with medical specialists.
b.- Who conducted the program / service activity? (What role, what qualifications, etc.)
Platform developed and managed by a multidisciplinary team of professionals, most of them from Clínica San Francisco. This team is led from the Fundación Clínica San Francisco.

7 - METHODOLOGY USED (presentations, pair work, group work, peers, mentors, blended
learning, e-learning, etc.)
Methodology used is participatory as from the stage of developing the website work was done with several pilot groups of older people, which allow us to achieve a very satisfactory final outcome for the web. However, through the forums and message service, the users of tutambien.es proposed all kind of improvements and changes that were assessed by the project’s management and in the case they had a general interest they were taken into account for their inclusion.
It is promoted, therefore, the access of the participants to the materials available for reference, reading and on-line activities. Personalized activities for each student were carried out according to their level of skills and needs, by answering and guiding the user the whole time. A permanent exchange of information between users and instructors was made trough e-mails, forums and chats.
