The course is held in small groups of 8-10 participants. The program provides: Practical tools that can be practiced daily Guided relaxation exercises and a connection to a high level of awareness Acquiring the skills for controlling cognitive processes and creating reality Applying spiritual awareness as a tool for personal empowerment Imparting tools for acquiring personal expertise and growth Mentoring and personal support at all stages of the process

Guided imagery infleunces and heals our emotional, physical, and spiritual condition, and enables the difficulties and pressures to become opportunities for change for us. The course offers an opening into the world of balanced health, using imagery to create the desired reality. Similarly, it focuses on the practical aspects of the quality of life that is acquired through diverse tools, and allows taking full responsibility for our lives using techniques such as meditation, correct nutrition, techniques of relaxation and tranquillity, and shaping the awareness of positive thought to enable a quality of life that depends solely on ourselves.
