7 - METHODOLOGY USED (presentations, pair work, group work, peers, mentors, blended
learning, e-learning, etc.)
Acceptance to the workshop is only after a conversation to acquaint the parties. Learning is conducted in small groups of 10-14 participants. It is guided by 2 expert psychologists and neuropsychologists, experts in coping with pressure, using cognitive behavioural intervention together with biofeedback. Learning combines standard approaches together with alternative short-term or long-term psychological interventions, that are nowadays ar the cutting edge of scientific research.

Mindfulness is defined as non-judgmental awareness and observation of events. Many studies support the effectiveness of permanent coaching using mindfulness to reduce tension, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, burnout, insomnia and so on. Treatment using mindfulness makes employs Buddhist knowledge regarding awareness. In the course of the treatment diverse meditative training methods are practiced. Mindfulness training gives the patient the courage to handle changing moods, senses and thoughts, and to accept the reality and deal with problems on a daily bsis. Regular practice of mindfulness also improves attention and memory, empathy and emotional resilience, and the individual's quality of life.
