The main objective of the method is to improve the participant's ability to handle tension and stress, and to maintain an emotional and physical balance in changing situations. The mental gym project was developed in consideration of the participant's and the group's needs, in order to support them when coping with stressful situations. The accumulated experience proved that by combining psychological intervention techniques with biofeedback, the ability to successfully handle diverse stressful situation can be improved. The methods used in the program are: Understanding the physiological and psychological reactions of the human body to stress Developing the ability to identify psychological and physiological situations and to monitor them The acquisition of tools to maintain the physiological and psychological balance when under stress The use of biofeedback technologies developed by the company for the Israeli army, the US army and NASA Identifying cognitive fixation and studying methods to improve attention, memory, and creative thought

The mental gym is a method that combines knowledge taken from several main areas: clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and clinical psychophysiology. The method combines current western medical knowledge with eastern approaches such as meditation, breathing and so on. The program focuses on two areas: Stress management Peak performance The program also enables choice of the virtual mental gym, which is a personal training program adapted to an individual's needs, through which he can practice techniques for managing stress and improve the ability to handle them at any time and in any place.

The mental gym is adapted to diverse groups, and focuses on maintaing the physical and cognitive balance under cahnging situations, stress reduction, rapid recovery from extreme stress, improving interpersonal communications, improving creativity, developing cognitive flexibility, and improving the decision-making process
